Caliber Legal

Caliber legal

The agreement between Caliber and the people who use it, and what we do with their data. Written in plain English on purpose: a document nobody can read is not consent to anything.

How these documents change

Every version is permanent. Each one is published at its own address, carries an effective date, and is fixed to a content hash recorded in the manifest, so it can be checked rather than taken on trust. Nothing already published is edited in place.

When a change materially affects your rights or what we do with your interviews, we ask you to accept the new version before you keep using Caliber, and we tell you in plain language what changed. We keep a record of which version you accepted and when.
