Rewritten for Caliber's new product: an AI texting service for online stores. The agreement is now between Caliber and the store. It sets out consent duties for text marketing, that an AI writes the messages under the store's name, how orders are attributed and the fee is charged daily to the saved card, that refunds do not reverse a fee, a 30-day attribution dispute window, data processing terms, and business-to-business liability and indemnity terms. Candidate, interview and coaching terms are removed.

It explains that an AI writes the texts under the store's name, that Caliber keeps one profile per phone number across stores and what one store can and cannot see, how to stop texts, what is kept and for how long, the current provider list, and the safety boundary. Candidate and interview sections are removed; version 1.0 still governs data from the old product.
